I've got this as the top banner - it links to a U.S. Site called www.onetruegift.com.

Wow that IS weird

See the little blue triangular arrow in the top right hand corner? It's an AdChoice ad which can be linked to your own searches. Maybe you were on a pregnancy or adoption thread? Anyway, MNHQ can hunt these down and and zap 'em.
