email won't display on ipad

I've received a Mumsnet Team email - on Cakes for summer fetes etc - which won't display on an ipad. (Displays fine on the laptop.) It says in the body 'This message cannot be displayed because of the way it is formatted. Ask the sender to send it again using a different format or email program. multipart/alternative'

(Those last two words look like part of the message but may not be - the punctuation is wrong.)

This is using yahoo via the ipad and is, I think, the first one I've had on the ipad which has gone wrong.

Difficult at the moment, I'm afraid, Becca - but that quote is direct from the body of the email. (In fact that's all there is.) The title is the normal title that appeared in the laptop version.

I only mentioned it because it might be that some people can only access emails from an ipad (or iphone?) and there might be a wobbly in the system somewhere. I've not had this message on any other MN emails or any non-MN emails so far.

Thanks for letting us know, cozie - we'll flag it to our Tech folk and see if they can work out what's gone wrong.

Has anyone else had this problem with MN mails on the iPad?
