Customising active convo's?

Is this a feasible idea? Been thinking of iot since SN was removed and u had to actively include it now. Is there anyway we can choose what to take out of active convos and have that saved when we log in?

Have a default that ALL topics are in active convos but when we log in only our particlaur topics are in ?

or is that idea just a pile of shite?

MOM, I've been thinking along the same lines recently - same as when you search you can have "favourites".

You can do it yourself and just save to favourites.

Use the 'find new messages link', store your favourite topics and select last hour (or whatever time period you want)

God what a good idea. Get rid of normal active convos. Get everyone to customise their own. Hey bingo - hours of arguing about whether SN should be in active convos or not can be spent arguing aboout fruitshoots or something.

completely serious! Seriously!!! Whenever the next SN/active convos row starts I'm going to suggest that the general active convos gets scrapped and everyone has thier own personal one. I think its a great idea!

I still think I sound sarcastic, but I'm not- I think it would solve a lot of problems tbh!.

I would like to personalise it so that I get to see the SN threads. I keep forgetting to click on it when it's way over the right hand side - plus it means I get buying and selling with it which I don't always want.

seriously though, there are always going to be thread and topics that wind ppl up. i want diff things depending on my mood. right now i could do with losing all pregnancy/antenatal/postnatal groups but am sure in time i will want to see those. I like SN (in a non voyeuristic way!) but hate style threads...maybe i should just have a break instead loL!

Agree- and also it means that people do have to actively choose to read the threads in sensitive sections of the board (not just Sn - other sensitive sections as well).
