Can't start threads on app

Keep trying to start threads but get an error message saying I can't post in this topic at this time - or words to that effect. Tried general health and chat earlier about 5ish and then just tried general health again now and still doesn't work.

On the app on iPhone 6.
Anyone else?

I know there's the mobile site but I prefer the app.

I cba with mobile either, I like the app.

Yeah I do too. If only you could see photos on the app.. life would be complete Grin

An issue for me too (on iPad app). I can comment but not start threads.

I've had the same problem on my iPhone 5. Thank goodness that on mumsnet there's always someone with the same problem as you!

Whilst I'm complaining about the app is there any chance of being able to view (and post) photos on it ever?

I think there was talk of being able to 'do' photo's on the new app Zen ...ages ago when the app crashed completely for aaaaaages.
