I did the bear product test but...

I did the bear product test, then got a message in February saying I had won the £150 john Lewis voucher and asking for my details, so I gave them, but have heard nothing or received nothing since.

Is this normal?

I had this once I won £250 Amazon voucher through MN but didn't hear from company, emailed MN and they sorted it all for me

Brilliant thanks I'll find out the email. I messaged back the person who messaged me here telling me about it but they might be off or something.
