If you have deregged and ask MN for you name back at any time,you can't NC and then get your name back again.

No I'm just changing back to Derek from this easter name change.

They just deactivated the Derek account instead of tech messing about trying to get my name do me so changing shouldn't be an issue should it

When you post will it let you change it in the Username field? (that's the question I would ask as a tech desk type person)

At least you can post as ESD if you want to, it's just a pain to type it out (or use paste) each time you want to post.

When tech gave me my name back,I couldn't NC and then go back to the name I got back iyswim.

You might have to add a number. Or change a letter.
