I use the app and I can't..............

I see this so many times, but I can post pics, I can copy and paste, do links, I even worked out how to name change on it the other day.

I am 47 years old, one of the last people I know to get a computer, iPhone etc, but I still managed to work it out.

If I can do it, anyone can!

The only thing I can't do it click 'Chat' or 'AIBU' where you scroll down to the bottom, because they are not there. I make sure I post in both and use 'threads I'm on' and then the link for the list.

How do you post pics on the app?! It's annoying that you can't view others photos too.

I can view others pics too. I just don't get why people can't.

Yes, I have an iPhone. And look, a screen shot to prove it (you may need to oh to a comp to see it though).

I won't be able to see it because I cba to get the laptop out. My iPad app is the same.

So, this is the way round it. Delete the app, google search Mumsnet. Save the link to apps. I seem to remember clicking 'mobile site' a long time ago.

So, it looks like an app, but behaves like the desktop!

Oh that makes sense. I don't like the mobile site and I can never remember my password!

I only put it in once and it remembers it for me.

I have the app for an Android tablet and I definitely can't see the links to phtos etc. I don't understand how you can make the app behave like the desktop version of the site, OP. Please explain!

I realised it is not actually the app, I did a google search for it and saved it somehow like an app.

Clicked 'Mobile site' and away I went.
