hello susie...
roasted red peppers with fennel, bread to mop up juices [this is the one I'm not sure about, may do parma ham, marscapone and asparagus instead]
lamb fillets in a spicy cinnamon marinade, bulgar wheat salad, green beans and a tomato and basil salad
white chocolate mousse with cardamom and fresh raspberries
3 or 4 good cheeses from paxton & whitfield

whaddya think?

If anyone knows where to reach her i'm sure we could send her one.
Saw her once at a tuble tots session in Islington but not sure if she still lives around here and don't want to get done for stalking!
