Old mumsnetter - how do I get my old name back?

I haven't been on here for about 7 years, my old email no longer exists and I don't remember my password.

I've created a new one with a 2 on the end but my original name DaddyCool, which was, not to blow my horn, a damn fine name!

How do I get this back do you know?
