Can there be a warning on Pregnancy like on other areas, about people not being medical professionals?

The terrible advice and scaremongering on the pregnancy boards is getting daft. Isn't the idea that people are supposed to get reassurance and sensible advice, not the scaremongering rubbish that actually abounds?

Women are posting who are terrified to eat or drink or do anything (in just a few days I've seen people who're convinced they shouldn't consume coffee, anything with sweeteners, milk, chocolate, any cheese, or get their hair done, nails done etc) and posters are giving terrible advice backed up only with "better safe than sorry" or "why take any risk"?

Bad advice can be dangerous, not to mention the worry caused.
