The fix didn't fix it. The unreliability issues with the site are making it unusable.

It's no better using google chrome on the PC

Just got connection back on MN iPhone app, and safari mobile site. Who broke it? It's only Monday. Is the flowing at mn towers already?

Up to date Firefox on an up to date Win7 PC here, been getting this a lot lately.

I'm still getting it on laptop running Chrome too. Very sporadic now but every now and then when I post the whole site freezes and I have to close down a window and re-open Mumsnet again.

I had Bad Gateway about half an hour ago.

No Bad Gateway but the site became painfully slow to load and hung a few times from 0100, I was sure BG was imminent but no show as yet......

Thanks all and apologies. Tech are aware and a fix is on it's way.

Then a new one: The header for the Desktop Site and nothing else, a completely white screen. I was on the mobile site and had not changed to Desktop.

I am boring myself continuously reporting this.

I've had all those (safari on iPad), and something about "failed to parse". I don't even know what parsing is.

"Parsing" (in grammar) means breaking down sentences into their constituent parts. Presumably it's some sort of failure to read in computing jargon?

(I got intermittently yesterday: iPad/safari/desktop site. And still get pages reloading from time to time).

I need an excuse to utter the phrase "failed to parse" it sounds wonderful
