Why won't it let me log on?

I log on in the pop up and it says I am logged on but then I come back to the main page and it says I'm not. What am I not doing right?

are you clicking where it says close or are you clicking the X in the top right hand corner???

well you must be logged on or you wouldn't be able to post. I think you have to log on separately for shopping?

No I'm not logged on even though I'm posting as if I want to look at threads I'm on it says I'm not logged on.
