Help! Upgraded my phone and now I can't log in to the app....

Just got a new phone (iPhone 6), and uploaded all apps from iCloud including the Mumsnet app. It asked me to login, which I duly did, but is telling me that either my user name or password are invalid. This would also be fine if it was then offering me an option to have the details sent to my e-mail, but it's not. Any suggestions as to what I should do? It won't let me create a new account because my e-mail is already registered.....

Hi there! Sorry about this. Just wanted to double check, are you definitely logging on using your username? Apparently it won't allow you to log on using your email address...

I tried it with both, but it didn't work either time. Fully admit to not remembering my password, but it was the no reset option that was bothersome. I have resolved it now by resetting the via the full website, but it's still a valid point that it's not possible to do via the app....

Glad to hear you've sorted it heritagewarrior. Sorry it was a bit of a pain. We've made a note of that. If you have any similar problems in future you can always email us and we can reset your password for you.
