Email notifications on watched threads disappeared?

My email notifications on watched threads seem to have disappeared since last night's shenanigans. Is it just me/my email or did something slip between the cracks when Tech were fixing the problems?

Looks like the ones that are gone (from last night) are gone and never coming back. I sense that the others (today) are a bit patchy but I'm working so haven't really had a chance to look at them properly. I'll check them out later.

I checked. Only a few of them are coming in.

Which device and email provider are you using?

Various devices but the provider for this account is yahoo. I've checked my spam but it's not impossible that various MN emails are being stopped by them before they reach my seeming online account - as they do. It just seems odd that it never happened before the other night and that it should happen on fairly low volume-generating threads.

Was this ever sorted out? There have been plenty of new messages on threads I'm watching over the last couple of days but no notifications at all have appeared on my yahoo account (and I've checked that they haven't been sent to spam). Are the notification elves having the weekend off?

They might well be - or on a go slow. I've been getting other MN mails easily but the notification ones have been mighty patchy. I might put a couple of new threads on 'Watch' to check. (I purged the watched threads a day or two ago.)

I put one on watch yesterday and have received nothing. I'll try another couple and let you know.

No - I put another couple of threads on watch and notifications aren't coming through. Interestingly, though, neither is the 'I'm watching' element ^ updating so maybe there's a connection there?
