You can PM individual members of MNHQ but tbh it's much better if you mail us ([email protected] or [email protected]).

We work in shifts and to slightly irregular patterns, so eg if you PM OliviaMumsnet on a Monday morning, it might not get seen until the Thursday evening. But the mail inboxes are checked fervently and things will always get seen that way.
