Colouring OPs subsequent messages on a thread

Really sorry if this has been raised before...

But is it possible to have a different colour for an OP and then for their messages on the same thread to always be highlighted? It's quite annoying having them post something juicy, then 4 more pages of "ooh OP come back for an update!!". Would be nice if you could just scroll through and scan those posts and see the OP's answer?

Or am I completely rehashing previous requests?

It already exists. All posts by the OP are highlighted in green for me.

You can also highlight your own posts.

Check your settings and you should find the option.

On the laptop I get all of OP's messages highlighted in one colour, which makes this kind of scanning of a thread easy. And my own replies in a separate colour.

On the android app I get the initial op's post highlighted, but none of the rest of their messages highlighted. I haven't worked out how to change it, if it's possible.

I have this too, on both iPhone and android.

Click on customise at the top of the page.

I don't know about the apps, but there's simply an option in the customise section which works when using the main site and the mobile site.

You can customise the page to do this, but I don't think it works ok the iPhone or iPad apps.

How does it work on iphone ?

I think if you choose your customise options they stay the same on your iPhone.

The apps are different, I think, but everything works as normal if you just open MN in Safari on your iPhone.
