Option to sort "Watched" threads into date order?

Is there an option to have my watched threads page in a list in order of last update so that when you have dozens and dozens quite a few you don't have to trawl all the way down the page?

Yes I know about getting the emails but don't always want that option.

I find it really difficult to find the one I'm looking for.

Is there an option to unwatch some to reduce the list too?
