On another (albeit German) talk board there is a thread which is 120 (!) postings long, arguing about the size of photos that can be put in the "signature" bit of the post (that's the bit where you also find the beloved tickers! ).

These 120 posts stretch out over 9 pages, as only 15 posts can be displayed per page...

God, I know. I used to post on another forum, where people would get jumped on for having too large pics in their signatures or something as trivial, and everyone botty kissed the moderators. It bored me silly.

I have discovered, IGW, that I love the term Botty Kissed, and shall endeavor to engineer a situation in which I can use it.

Well,it's better than the current teenage version "bummed" as in "I really bummed the Lockup at Reading" . Being only familiar with the term 'bummed out', I thought it meant the exact opposite of what it does.
