Duplicate threads on app Active

Seeing more than one entry for some threads under Active. Is this usual (new to app)?

Hi there, no that shouldn't be happening. Could you tell us which sort of phone and operating system you're using? We'll ask Tech to have a look.

On iPad. Current example is new one in General Health about paper cut

I also frequently get this on iPhone app.

I have an iphone 5c and also get this.

Iphone 5 here. You can scroll and scroll and it's just duplications. A never ending list of duplications

IPhone and same, I get that in the app every day

I get this too. It's not new though. I've been using the app for ages and it's always been like this.

Me too on iphone 4! Was seeing lots of duplicate ones until I came across this thread. It's a relatively recent thing though. Please fix MN. Thanks
