Mobile site logging out

I posted this on the sticky thread yesterday but haven't had a response so thought I would start a new one.

The mobile site keeps logging me out. Every time I go from my browser to something else, when I come back I have to log in again.

I'm using an iPhone 5 and safari.

Thanks for flagging that. Is it possible you're using incognito browsing? This has been the cause of mysterious logging out before!

I don't know what incognito browsing is. How would I know if I had it?

If you look in the URL bar on your screen does it say PRIVATE? That means it's on privacy browsing setting.
