Would MNHQ consider asking the water companies to make an advert explaining why tampons shouldn't be flushed?

Because when we had the flushing tampons thread, there were a lot who didn't flush and a few who said they would flush come what may, but there were also quite a few just on that one thread who had been taught to flush years before and were that the advice had changed and had no idea that tampons being flushed caused problems in the water system.

So it could be worth the water companies' while to do an advert explaining this? Just a thought.

although a few seconds thought would make it clear why you shouldn't flush, but for those who don't have a few seconds....
