Random redirects to the App Store..

When I am on the talk pages, every few seconds I'm redirected to the app store, to download open table or something to do with pharaoh slots... Very annoying!

Looks like it's linked to your ads, but I'm not clicking on them.

This is happening to me again this morning! V v annoying - some MN pages won't even open, I just get a redirect to the App Store.

It's been happening to me all morning it's only ever at the weekend. MN have known about this for ages, they should have sorted it by now.

It's happening again to me too. Not as frequently as last night, and only seems to direct to OpenTable now.

Yes directing to Opentable. Seems to be particularly on the Christmas board. It's making MN completely unusable for me (and bloody determined to never use OpenTable as well )

Happening to me this morning too - it keeps taking me to open table. On safari using an iPhone 5s if that helps.

Mine has been fine but started this morning. It's making the site impossible to use

Grgghh- these ads are pesky and hard to block, apologies again for the inconvenience caused.

Thanks to everyone for flagging what devices you're on and what apps you're being directed to (bonus thanks for the screenshots). We've put some more blocks in place and hoping that these measures will prevent the redirects.

If you're still experiencing it, can you post what phone you're using and where you're being redirected to? We'll be keeping an eye on this thread.

Mine have gone, it was residual window I could claw from last night I think.
On iPhone.

Now claw, close.
I managed and its all clear now.
