Logging onto FB just now, I found a pile of spammy crap on my news feed page. Invitations to run up debts on catalogues. Childcare for my nonexistent toddler. And Herbalife (FFS).
These posts, it seemed, were all coming from a closed group called Mumsnet, which has Justine and Carrie as admins and which was full of a mix of the aforesaid spammy crap and people asking to be removed since (like me) they hadn't realised they were members.
Before leaving the group I posted giving both my opinion of the content and instructions for people on how to remove themselves.
What's going on MN?
