Allo, just tried to update my profile numerous times and it's not allowing it... might be a bit of a techy issue?

Just need to ask the usual questions - which device you're using, which version of the site (desktop/mobile/app) so we can narrow it down a bit.

Can you fill us in please?

have also tried unsuccessfully to update my profile - failed on ipad now on mac - and my profile woefully out of date :(

Sorry about this. We've just tested it and have been able to update our profile (on Mac) but we weren't trying to change pictures - is that what you were both trying to do?
