Sticky feckers - Andoid misery

Mydelilah · 28/09/2014 00:00

I am an android user and driven to distraction by these sticky feckers! Basically, unless I sign in every time I change thread (which would be a right pain in the arse) I have to scroll through 3+ pages of the feckers! It's genuinely driving me bonkers.

Sometimes there are so many sticky feckers, there are no active convos at all, cos those feckers take up all the space....

I don't have the problem on iPad, just my android phone. It feels like us android users are a sub-society, less worthy of a decent App... actually android users Are the future so I do think we will have to stand up and be counted!

I posted about this 3 months ago, to no avail (I think you were all a bit preoccupied with cooking the new mobile app at the time) is there any hope for us android users, or is MN going to self select as an apple-only site?

Thanks

I hear ya, I'm on the android app and it's really bloody annoying.

CuttedUpPear · 28/09/2014 00:39

I also.
Android user and have to sign out and in again regularly to clear the stickies, which build up at an alarming rate.

TryingNotToLaugh · 28/09/2014 00:53

I thought this was going to be about adenoids and snot issues Grin

I have to say I'm a little disappointed...

SingSongSlummy · 28/09/2014 00:56

And this is exactly the reason that I no longer use the app. Use the mobile site instead, it's much better!

CointreauVersial · 28/09/2014 01:20

I think I'm switching to the mobile site on my tablet. You can see the pictures, which you can't on the app. The sticky build up gives me the rage too.

Mydelilah · 28/09/2014 09:50

So I'm not alone...would be smashing if MN could do something about it!

Sorry to disappoint Tryingnottolaugh Wink

I'm posting this from the mobile site - do you have to come at this through the browser each time?

Ahhhhhhhh, so I'm not the only one. I can't sign in and out because I can't remember my bloody password since the whole heartbreak fiasco.
Just clear the sticky things already please.
