iOS8 and App issue

I couldn't see this mentioned anywhere and I know the app is being worked on anyway but wanted to highlight an issue with the new iOS8.

The new OS has a bar of predictive text which covers up part of the message window when writing a post. The first couple of sentences ae fine but what you're writing by the predictively bar. It's really difficult to write a po

And see there... I knew the last part of my post didn't make sense it I couldn't click on it to edit it..

Basically the new iOS makes it impossible to write a coherent post more that 5 lines long using the app.

Thanks for flagging that. Just to clarify, is it an issue with the iOS or the way it interacts with the app?

It's the way it interacts with the app. The White space for the text you're writing isn't making allowances for the new predictive text bar. So the text you're writing is hidden behind the smiley faces and you can't see it...

I've got the same problem and came on to post this exact thread! It's driving me crazy, it won't let me click on the end of the post so I can't see what I'm typing! Help!

This is still happening and is making posting within the app impossible. I'm having to write in notepad on my phone and copy and paste! Also the app keeps crashing!

Our might tech team have figured out what the issue is - it's to do with IOS8 new quick type feature. This handy link should explain how to get rid of it.
