Can you post an image on topics other than Profiles, and how do you go about it?

Yes - use imageshack

click on Browse and navigate to where you keep your images. Click on the 'host it' button you will get a list of url's - choose the last one 'direct link to image'

Thanks Joolstoo. Being a bit thick here, but does the image get copied onto Imageshack's server, or does using Imageshack enable other people to access the image on my computer?
