I have just gone and got myself a blackberry which works - all sorts of problems with the last one....So downloaded the mumsnet app. Howvere, when I try to access it it says :

'Mumsnet server reports error: NOT_AUTHORIZED. If problem persists please contact [email protected]'.

Help!!

Hi there, that's very odd. Have you tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it?

Sorry Biggles - no idea what's happening here and nobody else has reported this as an issue so it may be a problem at your end rather than at ours, but we are getting Tech to take a look. We'll come back when we've got something more useful to say!

Right - we don't support the Blackberry app in-house we're afraid, but if you can provide us with a screenshot of the error message we'll get Tech to take a look.

In the meantime, you might like to give our new mobile site a go?

No (common misunderstanding though Grin), the app and the mobile site are two different things. If your Blackberry has a browser (ie if you can look at normal internet sites on it) you'll be able to use the Mumsnet mobile site - if you just put 'Mumsnet' in the browser search bar on your phone it will take you straight there.
