If you use AOL, and have recently joined mumsnet,
and are having problems posting messages on talk because you haven't received the "authentication" email, please send an email from your AOL account telling us so, and we'll authorize your registration for you.

This is happening a lot again. If you use AOL, and you want us to be able to write to you, go to your "AOL mail controls" and set it to allow mail from the mumsnet.com domain. We've had emails from a few new joiners today saying they aren't getting our authorization mails, and so can't post on talk, but even when we reply we get back

IS NOT ACCEPTING MAIL FROM THIS SENDER

Nothing we can do about that. The person with the AOL account has to allow the mail through. We can't ask AOL to do anything - they won't.
