Keep getting logged out!!

I tick the box "keep me logged in" but it constantly logs me out and it's getting more frequent. Anyone else?

Not having any issue with that.

What Browser are you using, what hardware? Do you have more than one device, is it only happening on one or all?

If on an iPad, are you using Safari and if so what colour is the background - light grey or dark grey?

Sorry. I'm on an I phone using safari. I can check on I pad tomorrow cos I've just got home from holiday.
Background to what? Mn or home page?

Thanks everyone for your help. Is it fixed now Ledkr?

Background to the bar at the top of the Safari app. If it is the dark grey colour (see pictures in previous post) then you are in Private browsing mode.

To change, open a new tap, look to bottom of the page and click the word Private. A prompt will appear, select Keep All, which will then keep all existing tabs open. Background of the top bar should now be light grey.

Seems that an update to iOS is responsible for changing the default setting in Safari on some devices, so as people have been updating iOS this problem has been occurring.

If that is not the problem, then do report back with more info about what device is being used, what sites it happens on (just Mumsnet or others as well).
