How do I stop the email notifications??

Hello! I am sure I am just missing something really obvious here but I can't seem to find how to turn off the email notifications I get from MumsNet when someone replies to a thread I am on...

My inbox is completely clogged with these noreply emails and I'd like to stop them if possible...

Can anyone help me? :(

Select I'm Watching
You will then see a list of threads. You can remove threads or you can turn off email notifications.
You need to be using Desktop version of mumsnet to see the option to turn off email notification.
