Is the silence is deafening, or is it just me?

Please forgive me if there is something coming soon in response to the threads about the Child Abuse Inquiry, but I am becoming truly bemused now at the lack of MNHQ comment on any of the specific requests for running a campaign, or webchat around this. Not even a "we'll look into this" kind of thing.

I know and fully appreciate how sensitive the topic is, and that there has been a lot threads about this previously, and not without a lot of controversy. However, isn't the key thing here about showing support for a proper inquiry to establish the truth, in a way that gains full public support from survivors and the public, regardless of our own thoughts about what might or might not have been happening with respect to alleged covering up historic child abuse, connections to Westminster and the level of establishment involvement?

The mainstream media across the board is covering this far wider than ever before, and (albeit slowly) more MPs are coming forward in support.

I am thoroughly Confused at the lack of response. Sorry if IABU.

Hello - many apologies for the silence from our end. We've had a few requests for a webchat about this, but understandably a lot of the figures who've been suggested are very busy at the moment and rather difficult to pin down. We haven't given up hope though.
