Being logged out

I keep getting logged out by the site, even though the 'keep me logged' in box is checked on my login page. This is happening on the mobile website on my android phone, firefox on one laptop and explorer on another laptop. Not every time I launch the site, but maybe 50% of the time. It's getting a bit annoying - is it possible to investigate, please ?

I'm having the same problem on my iPad. Phone and laptop stay logged in.

Sorry, we know this is an issue, but we're doing our best to try and resolve it.

If possible, could you try and narrow down when you're being logged out, is it when you are being logged out? Is it when you refresh, or open a new window etc

It's when I close the cover of the iPad or create a new browser screen. Refreshing seems to be ok.

It's when I launch the browser. Have got MN as one of my homepages, and sometimes when it loads I'm logged in, and sometimes I'm not

Are you using the main site, the mobile site or the app?

I go to active conversations, read a thread and when I press the back button, it takes me back a day. So all the active conversations from 24 hours ago.

Very weird.

I think it's the main site. It looks the same. It's weird because my phone and laptop are fine, it's just the iPad which logs me out the minute I minimise the browser.
