Getting own posts removed

How do I request MNHQ to remove posts I've made a la 'message removed at member's request'? outed self

Click "report" on the post you want removed

Is that it- they automatically remove it?

They dont automatically remove it. Only under certain circumstances. Eg outing you in rl and causing trouble etc.
