While viewing a page or thread have had large white or black areas appear across the screen - not sure if one was related to the Goodfellas ad. Anyone else ?

How odd - sorry you're seeing this (or rather not seeing).

Can we ask which browser you're using?

LIZS · 12/06/2014 16:48

Explorer. It is very random , not happened so far today.

Let us know if it happens again - and bonus point if you can get a screenshot!

Just happed with the Tesco Farm to Fork Ad on Active Conversations screen(sorry no idea about screenshot). Ad seems slow to run in the box on rhs then shadows over the main screen as either white area or black box

Thanks LIZS - screen shot would be really useful (sorry)

Which version of IE are you using?

LIZS · 18/06/2014 15:33

Just had it happen twice so far today - once black , once white(Farm to Fork ad again) . Can't get screenshot to work though (says something about needing 90 pixels wide to upload?) any tips ?

How annoying. The snipping tool is pretty useful for screen shot stuff - can you give it a bash with that?
