How do you get something moved from chat to a topic?

I posted a query in chat today in hope of some quick help but no replies but would like to move it to DIY to see if that helps?

Just report your post to MNHQ and ask them to move it.

Actually, what Sparkling says, Report your own thread and ask for it to be moved - although at this time on a Friday, it might not happen very quickly.
