I can't MN on my android tablet any more.

I have an Asus transformer tablet/keyboard thing - like a mini laptop but it's android. I've used it to MN on the desktop site for a couple of years with no problem.

Over the last month, it keeps flashing up a security warning and when I click for details it says the page name doesn't match the something or other. If I just click Continue, after a few seconds MN disappears and I'm back to the home page of the Asus (not my internet home page).

This is happening more and more frequently - about every 2 minutes or so last night.

Any ideas please? I am worried that I may need to actually talk to DH in bed at night if I can't get it fixed. I can't be having that.

I'm getting the same error message on both my android phone and tablet, though once I press continue it does let me use it. I'll screenshot when I next use it.

the app has not been working on android phones for a wee while (is it fixed yet?) so I have been going onto mumsnet via the internet instead.

Ok RowanMumsnet here they are.

It was closing down Mumsnet many times last night and then this morning without these messages appearing though.

It got to the point this morning where it was not possible to read a thread at all after a while.

I'm not using the app ilove. It's so frustrating. I've had to get out of bed on a Saturday morning to use the PC for this.

Spoilt-girl sigh.

I get the security warning too. Annoying . The app has never worked on my phone. Very annoying.

Sorry folks. We've had a squizz and we reckon this is actually a flaw on android devices, as there's nothing wrong with our security certificate . You can check it yourself by going here www.digicert.com/help and typing in www.mumsnet.com then clicking 'Check server'.

Sorry we can't be of more help. Not sure if this is of any use - but you might be able to find some advice for your Android device here.
