I started a thread asking about the product test I did for MN a good while ago - it was the Mountain Buggy one. The seat is broken on it and it's unusable at the moment, Mountain Buggy said I needed to go through your contact with them as I don't have any warranty details to get the seat replaced. I had an email from Rowan on the 20th March saying someone would look into it, and I've emailed since but had no response. I was just wondering if there was an update? It would be a shame to have to throw it away. Thank you.
