Hi MN, have been waiting for an email since the 20th March....

Hello :-)

I started a thread asking about the product test I did for MN a good while ago - it was the Mountain Buggy one. The seat is broken on it and it's unusable at the moment, Mountain Buggy said I needed to go through your contact with them as I don't have any warranty details to get the seat replaced. I had an email from Rowan on the 20th March saying someone would look into it, and I've emailed since but had no response. I was just wondering if there was an update? It would be a shame to have to throw it away. Thank you.

Thank you, does via the report mean by email or PM? Either way is fine. Fingers crossed it can be fixed or something, it's only the seat that's faulty, the frame is fine :-)
