Are posters banned or warned if a certain number of posts are deleted?

I have reported a couple of posts that break talk guidelines but the posters concerned just keep doing it.

I'm just wondering if there's any sort of sanction or if the posts are deleted and that's that?

I am pretty sure If a post is deleted you get an email from HQ.

I have only ever had my posts deleted at my own request before though, so I am not an expert.

Hello

We don't have hard and fast rules about this. In general, if it's just one or two deletions posters won't get a mail necessarily (unless it's really beyond-the-pale stuff). If we notice that we've had to delete someone quite a few times, especially if it's in a relatively short space of time, we'll mail them.

So if someone just carries on regardless, please do keep reporting - if we agree that the posts are deletable then it may flag up to us that it's a mail-worthy situation.
