Emails for updated threads

Those emails MNHQ send whenever someone posts on a thread, how do you stop it?

If you click on the 'Customise' tab beneath the Talk button, then scroll down to 'Other options', you should be able to see a 'Receive email notifications' box. Just click that to 'No'. Remember to save any changes you make on that page.

Hopefully, you'll be left in peace then!
