MNHQ - please help me.

Hi,

My actual MN account is registered to a very old work email address. Today it asked me to change my pasword but I couldn't so I used my other email and it is registered to this username which I only used once.

How can I change the email associated with my QueenAnneOfAustria account - as this is who I actually am?

Plus, I kept the old page display where you have all the replies on one page and now I have the new pages and pages thing.

Get another email address, mary, would be my suggestion and then email MNHQ on [email protected] and ask them to switch things at their end. (But bear in mind that it may not be real fast as they'll have a lot to deal with.) It's very easy to get another (web based) one - for free, even.

PS - I think you may also have been switched to the 'Mumsnet New' format which is, I suspect, the default. Try going to 'Talk: customise' at the top left-ish of the page and reverting to 'Mumsnet Classic' or one of the other options.

Thanks. If I can customise and change my username then I suppose I can survive without bothering them.
