Sorry you're having problems with this. To help us get to the bottom of it, can you please let us know if you're using an iPhone/ android/ Windows phone?

The more info we have, the quicker our Tech folk can solve it!

Thanks, I'm on android - HTC one. When I click 'hide this thread' the page refreshes but the thread is still there and the 'hide this thread' link changes colour because I've clicked it already.
