Huge apologies that it's taken so long for us to look into this issue - this was just when Heartbleed was in full swing, and coupled with some Internet problems we've had at HQ over the last few weeks, it got subsumed in the tidal wave that was sweeping over us all!

Tech have discovered that this is an error in how the checkbox is showing up on mobile - if you tap on the text, a small blue square will appear: this is how you check the box. They are going to fix it so it appears as a regular checkbox, as with the desktop version.
