Is Mobile view working?

Usually mobile view works on my phone but all day I've been on desktop view and changing settings doesn't work.

Is it just me or is this a site issue?

Sorry you're having trouble. This isn't a universal problem (eg it's working fine for me on iOS, Safari, mobile site) so it would be really helpful if those who are having trouble could say what OS and browser you're using so that we can see if there's a pattern.

And is it basically that people aren't getting the mobile site, but are stuck on the desktop site?

Thanks ISpy. Sorry to ask an annoying question but have you scrolled right down to the bottom of the page and hit the 'mobile site' button? What happens when you do?
