That's an Ad Choices ad - you can tell by the little blue triangle in the top right hand corner. I don't know whether MNHQ can block that as it won't be direct advertising, but one that's linked to your search history?

Oops, I meant to add that you might have looked at the MN page about No More Page 3 and even signed the petition, so that's how it's popped up.
