why can't I change my password?

I've just tried three times to change my password (twice on desktop site & once on mobile) and it won't do it. I dont get an error message or anything, but it definitely hasn't been changed. Any idea why?

That strange Truth, there's no reason that should be happening! Could you let us know which browser etc you're using?

Thanks Kate. I think I've just managed it. I was doing it from my phone so I wonder if it was a problem with the phone rather than the site.

Scratch that. I haven't managed it. I can still only log in using my old password. Eh?
