Why am I suddenly getting only a handful of posts from first click from Active?

I have to click on 'whole thread' for the rest

eg on this one

I get 'This is page 1 of 3 (This thread has 26 messages.)'

& have to click on 'Show all messages' to get the rest

Thanks, cozie - I just checked my Customise settings & 'messages per page' was set to 10 - I didn't change it!

Have set it to 1000 now!
