ads containing malware hijacked my browser MNHQ!!

Extremely fucking annoying!
Javascript popped up, froze my browser, no option on window to close other than click 'okay'... yeah, as if I'm that stupid!

Think you need to speak to your ad providers (again)

Gah, really sorry that this happening to you! Could you give us a quick description of the ad you saw? That was we can get our tech people to hunt it down and zap it.

I know it's probably the last thing on your mind when you get a dodgy pop up, but if you can take a screen shot and send it to us, it will help us get rid of it much quicker.

I took a screen shot of an ad I had pop up this morning and posted it here.

I'm not sure if it's the same one that the OP is talking about

Sorry- I couldn't do anything as it seemed to lock up my machine!

I use a mac at home, and I'm not as au fait with the keyboard shortcuts to do things when it freezes.

I couldn't see the ad, as when the pop-up popped-up it covered the screen where the ad was showing!
