Post as... option

Hello

One used to be able to select a different name for a specific post and the next post would default to one's usual name. Now this seems to trigger a name change to the selected name.

I've never seen that! Once you change, you change until you change back, surely?

You don't have a "use different nickname" check box under the posting box, Rusty?

I am posting again now without changing anything

So it changed back automatically for me

I thought the point of it was that you didn't have to remember to change back if you had a name for sensitive stuff.

It kicks me out of login because the cookies don't match or something. Hugely annoying.

I do like that idea.
