Can you hide a thread without opening it?

I've tried searching and can't find anything.
Is there a way to look at the list of threads on a topic and hide one without opening it?

Yes, you just press the "hide" button at the end of the thread title.

There's an option in Customise which makes the hide button appear on Active, if you can't see it.

AnyFucker · 05/02/2014 15:29

Ah, just re read your question

On the active list, yes. On a topic list, I can't see it either.

yourlittlesecret · 05/02/2014 15:30

There isn't a "hide"one on my screen? I'm using a laptop and not an app?

You have to activate it in Customise. Some people didn't like it when it was brought in because they kept clicking on it by mistake (especially on touch screens) - I hid it myself for this reason.

Just looked, yes there is one on active, it's different isn't it?
I guess the answer is no then.

Hi there

Yes as other posters have said, you can do this on Active but not on Topics lists for now - sorry. (You can also hide entire topics, if that's any help?)
